The Winston's Food Runner position at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is a vital role within the Pool & Beach team. Reporting directly to Winston's Management Team, the Food Runner supports dining service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to pool, beach, and outdoor dining areas. This role is key in maintaining a seamless, clean and inviting outdoor dining experience, helping to uphold the high standards and luxurious atmosphere expected by Four Seasons guests. The Food Runner must be attentive to detail to ensure order accuracy and timing, actively communicate with management about any service issues, and contribute to the overall guest satisfaction through welcoming and efficient service.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- physical stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to work full time including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Passion for delivering best in class service
- attention to detail to ensure proper timing and order accuracy
- English communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to carry trays across long distances
- ability to work outdoors in hot, humid climates
Job Duties
- Coordinate F&B delivery service from the kitchen to the pool, beach and outdoor dining areas
- clear, set up, and clean restaurant tables
- communicate any service delays, guest concerns and kitchen menu changes clearly to managers
- provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests and providing seating assistance as needed
- complete opening and closing duties
