Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- be friendly and able to smile frequently
- work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

- basic math skills for handling tickets and merchandise
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action or suggests alternatives
- provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to guests, team members, and managers
- greets guests with a positive attitude while performing multiple job functions
- assists guests with all requests, answers questions, and makes recommendations
- provides game assistance by notifying support technicians or management when needed
- bids farewell to guests leaving and ensures their satisfaction
- notifies manager of any guest perceived as unhappy
- practices proper cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise
- stocks, displays, and secures merchandise in storage areas
- reconciles tickets and merchandise inventory
- conducts merchandise inventory during and after shift
- checks for restocking of necessary supplies and discusses problems with manager
- reviews cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle and maintains displays
- positions and sets up displays to promote sales
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative working climate
