This restaurant operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and operational excellence are the cornerstones of success. Known for its commitment to maintaining a guest-first culture, the restaurant continuously strives to meet and exceed team and company goals by fostering a positive workplace and adhering strictly to company policies and standards. As part of a larger network, this restaurant supports its employees with structured training programs, clear operational guidelines, and a focus on team collaboration and retention. Its emphasis on operational metrics such as customer dissatisfaction levels, accuracy rates, and quality service control (QSC) scores highlight the company's dedication to quality and continuous improvement. Located in a specific market, the restaurant maintains flexibility in staffing based on business needs, with an understanding that roles and responsibilities may evolve with company growth and operational demands.
The role of Restaurant Supervisor II is a pivotal leadership position within this restaurant. The primary responsibility is to assist the General Manager in managing all daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor II assumes full operational control of the restaurant. This role demands a strong ability to lead a team, enforce company and government policies, and drive a positive and productive culture within the restaurant. The Restaurant Supervisor II is also entrusted with maintaining high operational standards, including meeting critical benchmarks on the "Ops Scorecard"—covering customer satisfaction, quality control, and operational accuracy.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to handle any customer cases promptly, monitor team compliance with standards, and conduct essential operational tasks such as inventory management, cash handling, and safety enforcement. The Restaurant Supervisor II oversees team training, motivation, and retention by exemplifying core company values and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities extend to scheduling, delegation, and ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed to meet business demands. Working varying shifts with a maximum of 40 hours per week, this role is suited for individuals who are adaptable, organized, and passionate about operational excellence and customer service.
