This position is for a Restaurant Supervisor II within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Job Duties
- support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
- ensure excellent customer service and operational goals via the Ops Scorecard
- maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
- assist in training and retaining team members
- conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations and manage corporate QSC issues
- monitor cash management policies including paid outs, voids, and refunds
- manage product ordering and inventory accurately
- delegate work duties through pre-shift huddles
- ensure restaurant safety and cleanliness standards
- assist with staffing and employee interviews
- complete administrative tasks such as Zenput forms and inventory counts
- control food costs and monitor employee meals
- maintain professional conduct with guests and team members
- lift up to 50-pound boxes
