Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant supervision or management
- ability to work varying shifts
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- support general manager and supervisor ii in daily restaurant operations
- direct store operations during absence of senior management
- enforce company and government policies
- maximize guest experience and restaurant culture
- monitor and maintain ops scorecard goals
- ensure customer cases are addressed within 24 hours
- maintain team compliance with standards and policies
- train and develop team members
- follow cash management and cash handling procedures
- control labor and food costs during shifts
- perform pre-shift huddles and delegate tasks
- complete daily operational logs and reports
- ensure cleanliness, food safety, and personal safety
- manage maintenance, repairs, and pest control
- maintain professional communication with staff and guests
- problem solve operational issues
- adhere to shift work hours and overtime policies
- lift heavy boxes up to 50 pounds
