We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Restaurant Supervisor I to join our team. This role is essential in supporting both the General Manager and the Restaurant Supervisor II in managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly in their absence. The Restaurant Supervisor I is vital in creating a vibrant and positive restaurant culture focused on exceeding guest expectations during every shift. The position requires enforcing company and government policies, communicating updates effectively, and driving the team toward achieving operational goals.

This role focuses on maintaining superior standards through the use of the operational scorecard metrics such as customer satisfaction, accuracy, and quality service. It involves ensuring that complaints are addressed promptly and that team members consistently provide excellent customer service. The Restaurant Supervisor I will perform various tasks, including assisting across multiple positions, managing labor and food costs, overseeing cash handling and employee meal policies, and managing the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant.

The candidate will be responsible for training team members, delegating duties efficiently, and maintaining compliance with all company procedures. Operational excellence, safety, and problem solving are key attributes of the ideal candidate. This full-time position typically involves varied shifts based on business needs and requires physical capability, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry

Job Duties

  • Support general manager and restaurant supervisor II in daily operations
  • Direct operations in the absence of general manager and supervisor II
  • Enforce company and government policies

  • Address customer complaints within 24 hours
  • Maintain guest-first culture
  • Assist in all positions as needed
  • Monitor hours worked and avoid unauthorized overtime

  • Drive sales and control labor and food costs
