Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in day-to-day restaurant operations
  • direct operations in the absence of General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II
  • maximize restaurant culture and overall guest experience during shifts
  • enforce all company and government policies and communicate policy changes to employees
  • work towards accomplishing team and company goals, assist in all positions when needed
  • ensure customer service and operational goals meet company standards via Ops Scorecard
  • maintain Ops Scorecard goals including dissatisfaction, accuracy, WingYOU, and QSC metrics
  • address SMG customer cases within 24 hours
  • maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
  • work varying shifts and manage hours without unauthorized overtime
  • ensure team members comply with company standards and drive positive engagement and retention
  • achieve operational excellence by following company procedures
  • fully train team members including new hires
  • adhere to cash management and handling policies during shifts
  • monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
  • drive sales and control labor and food costs
  • manage employee meal usage
  • assist with staffing and reducing turnover
  • delegate duties through pre-shift huddles
  • complete Zenput tasks and forms timely
  • ensure restaurant safety covering food and personal safety and cleanliness
  • complete Time and Temperature logs and verify dates
  • oversee weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • manage work orders and repairs via Upkeep and report to General Manager
  • manage pest control needs
  • maintain professionalism while communicating with guests and staff
  • be a problem solver
  • expedite service when working without another Supervisor
  • lift up to 50-pound boxes
  • comply with maximum work hour policies
  • remain adaptable to business needs and changes
