As a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, Wingstop combines innovative operational strategies with a strong emphasis on culture, development, and community engagement. The company thrives on fostering an environment where employees at all levels are empowered to grow and succeed, making it a sought-after career destination for those passionate about hospitality and leadership. Joining Wingstop means becoming part of a close-knit team that values accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
The role of Regional Operations Trainer at Wingstop is a unique and impactful opportunity for individuals who love training and are passionate about developing people across multiple restaurants. This position goes beyond simply delivering training sessions; it involves inspiring teams, driving operational excellence, and championing a positive culture throughout the region. Those in this role will work hands-on within restaurant locations, leading walkthroughs centered on operations, guest experience, quality, safety, and brand standards. By coaching and mentoring team members at the station level, the Regional Operations Trainer helps elevate confidence, consistency, and overall performance. Key responsibilities include partnering with restaurant supervisors and general managers to identify gaps, creating tailored training plans, providing real-time coaching, and validating follow-through on development initiatives. The role also supports new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and system launches, ensuring seamless integration and standard adherence. Candidates can expect a full-time schedule requiring about 50 hours per week, including night shifts and weekend work, with travel needed to meet business demands. Wingstop offers a competitive salary package with monthly car allowances, attractive bonuses, comprehensive medical benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive and team-oriented culture. This position is ideal for individuals with restaurant leadership or training experience who are passionate about teaching, operational excellence, and nurturing leadership potential. Joining Wingstop as a Regional Operations Trainer means embracing a career where you can influence culture, build future leaders, and make a real difference in the guest experience and restaurant success.
