Recognized for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Wingstop has established itself as a premier brand in the fast-casual dining industry. With numerous locations nationwide, Wingstop operates with a team-oriented culture, promoting hands-on leadership and fostering a positive work environment. The company prides itself on offering fresh, hot, and delicious food while ensuring its guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. As a respected player in the restaurant sector, Wingstop provides employees with opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive benefits, and a balanced work-life schedule.

The Restaurant General Manager role at Wingstop offers a chance to lead and inspire a motivated team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a pivotal position responsible for managing the restaurant's operational and financial performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to develop team members, and a passion for creating a positive and efficient workplace culture. Key aspects of the role include overseeing budgeting and profit and loss management, maintaining spotless, high-quality standards, and delivering hands-on leadership to a dedicated staff.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills. Wingstop supports its managers with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, a 401K plan with company contributions, and a bonus program. New hires participate in a 6-week training program with ongoing leadership development to ensure success and growth within the company. Work-life balance is emphasized with a 5-day workweek consisting of 50-55 hours, restaurant closures on major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, two weeks paid vacation plus an extra paid day during the employee’s birthday month, and free on-shift meals. The restaurant environment excludes drive-thru and curbside service to focus exclusively on delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Wingstop promotes a culture of teamwork summarized by their motto, "Teamwork makes the dream work." As a Restaurant General Manager, the successful candidate is expected to uphold these values while ensuring the restaurant meets and surpasses operational standards. Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and conflict resolution expertise are vital for managing daily challenges and sustaining an energized, loyal team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected brand that values leadership, quality, and community engagement. Applicants prepared to take on this rewarding challenge will find Wingstop to be a supportive and innovative environment to build a thriving career in restaurant management.
