The role of Restaurant General Manager at Wingstop is a critical leadership position designed for experienced, motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant settings. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant team
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 50-55 hours per week
  • Pass background check, drug testing, and soft credit check
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to achieve financial and service goals

  • Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain exceptional food quality
  • Coordinate training and development programs for all team members
