Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
- comfort discussing wine and Wine Club with guests
- passion for hospitality and creating delightful guest experiences
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- show up ready by coming prepared and staying sharp
- learn food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide guests
- prepare and maintain station for service ensuring cleanliness and stock
- restock and maintain product displays
- support team with tasks like carryout orders and guest assistance
- communicate often and coordinate with team to deliver seamless service
- welcome guests warmly and engage them about wine, food, and Wine Club
- build relationships and create memorable experiences
- share Cooper's Hawk's story and encourage Wine Club membership
- introduce tastings and special retail items to enhance guest experience
