Job Description

PRP Wine International is a renowned company specializing in delivering unique, educational, and enjoyable wine experiences across the United States since 1972. Unlike a typical wine merchant, PRP Wine focuses on providing in-home and office wine tastings that transform wine lovers into wine experts. Over the course of its 50 years in the business, the company has built a loyal customer base with over 100,000 satisfied clients. Their offerings include premium wine selections from some of the world's most esteemed wine regions such as Napa Valley, Barolo, and Bordeaux, among many others. This collection ensures customers a quality tasting experience with no guesswork or disappointment—simply guaranteed satisfaction and unforgettable moments.

Operating as a flexible and hybrid workplace, PRP Wine International supports a lifestyle that embraces balance and freedom. After a thorough training period, Wine Consultants can work a hybrid schedule tailored to their individual needs, making it suitable for those who value autonomy and flexible working hours. The company offers unlimited income potential with an uncapped commission structure, supplemented by bonuses, car allowances, exciting contests, and trips that reward top performers. Being a part of this company means representing exclusive and high-quality wines, establishing meaningful connections with clients and community events, and enjoying opportunities for personal growth and internal promotions. Almost all managers within the organization begun their careers as Wine Consultants, highlighting the company's commitment to career development.

The role of Wine Consultant at PRP is dynamic and fulfilling. Consultants host personalized wine tastings either in clients' homes or office settings, providing a fun, accessible, and educational experience about fine wines. They are responsible for building and maintaining lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and excellent customer service. This position requires individuals to be comfortable working in a commission-based environment and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules. Consultants also have the chance to attend and represent PRP Wine at various events such as cruises, wine pairings, warehouse sales, and charitable functions, further expanding their network and enhancing their role as wine ambassadors.

PRP Wine International prides itself on fostering a supportive community among its consultants, encouraging events, fundraisers, networking opportunities, and shared excitement for fine wine. The benefits package is comprehensive, including health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401K program, employee wine discounts, and the chance to participate in incentive trips.

Joining PRP Wine International as a Wine Consultant offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about wine and people who desire a rewarding career combining flexibility, social interaction, and financial growth. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or new to sales but enthusiastic about wine, this role invites you to uncork your potential and grow within a brand respected for its tradition, quality, and innovation in the wine experience industry.
