- previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- strong communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- current adult beverage certification or ability to obtain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for point of sale processing
- compliance with company safety and health protocols

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests
- take drink and food orders
- provide information about menu items
- look for opportunities for additional sales
- engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
- create a lasting first and last impression
- maintain wine knowledge including flavor profiles and pricing guidelines
- process point of sale transactions quickly and efficiently
- build guest loyalty through training materials
- work with employees and management to ensure a great guest experience
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- support other bar areas as requested such as seating customers, answering phones, stocking, cleanup, and documentation
- respond appropriately to guest concerns
- maintain adult beverage certification and ensure responsible alcohol service
