Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
  • Strong wine and beverage training experience
  • Level I sommelier preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing department associates, and holding the team accountable constructively and supportively
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests
  • Create memorable experiences for guests and participate in community outreach events, being the subject matter expert of wine and beverages
  • Manage the beverage department's profit and loss, develop initiatives to build sales and profitability, increase guest count, and provide wine and beverage training to associates
  • Ensure quality food and drink presentation per recipe and high standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
  • Live and promote company principles and beliefs, foster a passionate and fun culture, and support employees in balanced lives
