Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
- Strong wine and beverage training experience
- Level I sommelier preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing your department associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests
- Create memorable experiences for guests and authentically connect with them, participate in community outreach activities and events, act as the subject matter expert of wine and beverages
- Manage the beverage department's P&L, develop initiatives to build sales and increase profitability, grow the guest count, and foster learning of wines and beverages through training programs
- Ensure all menu items are prepared according to recipe and presented at high standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
- Live the company principles and beliefs, be a role model, foster a passionate culture, and support employees in living balanced lives
