Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
  • strong wine and beverage training experience
  • level I sommelier preferred
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining fully staffed restaurant department and fostering an inclusive environment
  • develop restaurant associates and hold the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
  • implement effective security protocols ensuring the ongoing safety of employees and guests
  • create memorable guest experiences and engage in community outreach activities and events
  • manage wine and beverage program to meet quality, productivity, budget, and cost objectives
  • roll out new company wine and beverage initiatives and maintain inventory and quality standards
  • manage beverage department's profit and loss, develop sales initiatives, increase profitability, grow guest count, and provide extensive wine and beverage training
  • ensure menu items are made according to recipe and meet presentation standards
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities
  • live and model company principles and foster a passionate, fun, and balanced workplace culture
