Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
- minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
- minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
- strong wine and beverage training experience
- level I sommelier preferred
- availability to work a flexible schedule
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- must be at least 21 years of age
- basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining fully staffed restaurant department and fostering an inclusive environment
- develop restaurant associates and hold the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
- implement effective security protocols ensuring the ongoing safety of employees and guests
- create memorable guest experiences and engage in community outreach activities and events
- manage wine and beverage program to meet quality, productivity, budget, and cost objectives
- roll out new company wine and beverage initiatives and maintain inventory and quality standards
- manage beverage department's profit and loss, develop sales initiatives, increase profitability, grow guest count, and provide extensive wine and beverage training
- ensure menu items are made according to recipe and meet presentation standards
- enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities
- live and model company principles and foster a passionate, fun, and balanced workplace culture
