Job Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
  • Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
  • Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
  • Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces
  • Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs
  • Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area

Job Qualifications

  • Previous beverage leadership experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
  • Experience with P&L management, cost control, inventory optimization, and vendor relations
  • Advanced global wine knowledge and expertise in wine program development
  • Strong team development and training skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to cultivating a positive hospitality culture

Job Duties

  • Curate and manage a comprehensive wine program with 300+ SKUs across concepts
  • Partner with management teams to ensure exceptional and unique hospitality experiences
  • Educate, develop, and lead service teams on wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings
  • Build a culture of hospitality excellence through service standards, communication, and ongoing education
  • Empower teams to say 'yes' to guests in alignment with operational best practices
  • Build a cooperative work environment grounded in clarity and communication
  • Complete all end-of-period reports, inventories, and forecasts accurately and on time
