Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or three years of related experience and or training with prior supervisory and property leadership experience
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- ability to work indoors and outdoors
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- uphold and abide by all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including grooming standards

Job Duties
- Relieve property manager on off days and stay on-site overnight to ensure guest satisfaction
- assist property manager in developing and leading a team of service-oriented employees
- cross-train to assist at Cloud Camp as needed
- assist in developing and implementing unique Colorado Wilderness Experiences and guest activities
- manage operational budgets focusing on positive cash flow
- collaborate with Sales and Marketing to brand and promote the properties
- provide ongoing training and development to staff
- respond immediately to guest complaints and concerns
- coordinate transportation of guests and employees
- ensure high quality food and beverage service
- enforce Broadmoor service standards and policies
- communicate special guest needs and ensure proper preparations
- assist with staff scheduling and verify reservations and dietary restrictions
- ensure familiarity with emergency procedures
- uphold grooming, safety guidelines and company policies
