Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant automotive or wholesale role
  • Experience in wholesale parts sales
  • Knowledge of the US automotive aftermarket
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to integrate people and system processes
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 95%
  • Proficient in dealer DMS systems and office applications
  • Problem-solving ability

  • Experience in directing sales across multiple channels
  • Knowledge of aftermarket or OEM sales and supply environment
  • Wholesale automotive field experience
  • Parts, accessory, and service marketing experience
  • Retail or parts manager experience

Job Duties

  • Cold calling shops to establish parts ordering relationships with VW and Audi dealers
  • Identify key personnel responsible for parts ordering at independent repair shops
  • Facilitate live introductions between new shop customers and dealership parts managers and wholesale teams
  • Confirm and manage live customer orders with dealership wholesale teams using relevant software
  • Regularly update customer profiles in the wholesale CRM system to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Document all account visits and customer interactions in the dealer CRM database
  • Identify shops not using EPO platforms and target them for software adoption initiatives
  • Promote collaboration between independent shops and VW and Audi dealerships
  • Provide hands-on support for signup, installation, integration, and use of EPO platforms
  • Manage and escalate EPO platform issues encountered by shops
  • Liaise with wholesale parts specialists for dealer contact coordination
  • Participate in market kickoff events to introduce new accounts and adoption plans
  • Develop and share shop contact and software adoption target plans with dealers and VWGoA teams
  • Review dealer sales data to monitor EPO platform adoption and identify areas for improvement
  • Coach dealers on best practices for prompt order responses and conversion rate improvements
  • Escalate dealer opportunities to management and field teams for support and development
