Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- A food handlers’ card is required
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping
- Must be able to lift and/or move 10 pounds
- Punctuality and ability to adhere to work schedule
- Ability to follow brand and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Be a team player with high energy, a positive attitude, and great customer service skills
- Be able to anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
- The ability to be punctual and maintain an assigned work schedule is required
- Must be able to follow and understand the importance of procedures
- Be able to make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgement
- Must be at least 16 years old
- A food handlers’ card is required
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Prior cash handling experience is preferred, but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly way and make a great first impression
- Follow brand standards, prepare and deliver quality food and beverage to each guest
- Ensure each guest is highly satisfied with their experience by making them the highest priority
- Perform cashier duties and follow all procedures related to cash handling
- Maintain a clean workstation and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- Follow all procedures related to food safety and restaurant safety and security
- Adhere to schedule and arrive to work on time and with a positive attitude
