Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Background in bottle service in luxury setting
- Ability to work on call and part-time schedule
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and heavier with assistance
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service
- Prior experience in bottle service in a luxury setting preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Familiarity with MICROS point-of-sale system is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with courses and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glass throughout the day
- Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
- Present accurate checks to guests and process payments
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain professional personal appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, standing, walking, and navigating varied surfaces
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
