Job Requirements

- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Relevant local or state agency certifications or training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects as required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities on the property
- Provide information to guests about recreation facilities
- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for activities
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere
- Enforce rules and regulations for safety
- Observe activities and respond to emergencies
- Provide cashier services and process payments
- Assist in hosting private group functions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of recreational facilities and equipment
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Welcome and assist guests professionally
- Support team goals and maintain positive relationships
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
