The Painting Specialist role at The Armor Group involves advanced level responsibilities in painting and finishing both interior and exterior surfaces and structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing surfaces for paint application, ensuring that the highest quality finish is achieved in line with manufacturer specifications. This position requires precise mixing of various types of paint and application using specialized equipment such as HVLP Pressure and Siphon Feed spray guns. The role demands adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as paint suits, masks, hoods, and gloves.

Additionally, the specialist will be tasked with handling and moving materials either manually or using a forklift where applicable. Organizing and storing paint supplies, as well as proper disposal of paint residues, are also critical duties to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role is primarily positioned indoors and requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods, making physical endurance and attention to detail essential. Interaction with shop employees and management is a regular part of the daily routine, reinforcing teamwork and communication.
