Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation and management systems

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
  • Handle reservations, VIP requests, and special guest needs to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Track daily logs, manage messages and packages, ensuring operational excellence
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • Lead, train, and develop front desk team members to maintain high service standards
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and creatively
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards diligently
