Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
- Handle reservations, VIP requests, and special guest needs to enhance guest satisfaction
- Track daily logs, manage messages and packages, ensuring operational excellence
- Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
- Lead, train, and develop front desk team members to maintain high service standards
- Address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and creatively
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards diligently
