- Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills

Job Duties
- Coach and train team members to ensure smooth shift operations
- Uphold standards for grooming, safety, and required certifications such as Food Handlers and CPR
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and generate productivity reports
- Oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Analyze reports and participate in departmental meetings
- Assist in various operational tasks as needed
