The Westin Boston Waterfront is currently seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of hospitality the hotel is known for. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be a central figure in creating an exceptional dining experience, overseeing operations from the lounge to banquet events. This position is an overtime eligible manager role (OEM), meaning overtime is applicable and compensated accordingly. Your responsibilities will blend leadership with hands-on management, ensuring everyone from guests to staff enjoys a seamless experience.

In this fast-paced, rewarding career, the Food & Beverage Manager acts as the 'Captain of Hospitality,' setting the tone for friendly and efficient service, training the team to uphold high standards, and maintaining smooth operations each shift. Compliance and safety are critical components, and you will enforce grooming, safety protocols, and certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid to meet regulatory and company standards.
