- Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program
- Complete and pass food safety certification program
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Displays and maintains a cheerful and courteous temperament
- Greets guests with Flanigan's Smile Talk
- Engages guests with Smile Talk while escorting them to their table in a timely manner
- Efficiently manages the waitlist for seating
- Communicates guest's questions or concerns to manager on duty
- Keeps foyer, host/hostess station, and wait area clean and free of debris
- Restocks and maintains restroom cleanliness
- Answers telephone within four rings and directs guests to proper staff member
- Concludes guest visits with Flanigan's Smile Talk
- Performs shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
