Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant operations or related field preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • proficiency with calculator and computer equipment
  • ability to manage and lead a team
  • must be able to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensure the restaurant is well-maintained and running smoothly
  • demonstrate knowledge of store operations and company commitment to quality and customer service
  • lead and motivate team members
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
