Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or fast food industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Understanding of local food safety regulations
- Capability to manage financial aspects of the restaurant
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
