Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or fast food industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Understanding of local food safety regulations
- Capability to manage financial aspects of the restaurant
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Job Duties
- Manage the performance of the restaurant
- Oversee profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and motivate your team
- Embrace and role model a 'Customer First' culture consistent with Wendy's procedures and standards
- Attract, hire, and retain quality team members
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and implement them
- Provide and receive feedback effectively
- Own your own and your team's development with support from the organization
