Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or fast food industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Understanding of local food safety regulations
  • Capability to manage financial aspects of the restaurant
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

  • Previous management experience in hospitality or food service

  • Oversee profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively and motivate your team

  • Attract, hire, and retain quality team members
  • Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and implement them
  • Provide and receive feedback effectively
