The Manager role is a pivotal position within this restaurant establishment, central to the smooth execution of daily operational activities. This role requires a versatile leader capable of managing diverse certification areas, including Open/Close operations, Kitchen, and Customer Service. With each additional certification acquired, the manager will assume increased leadership responsibilities in one or more operational domains. Holding accountability for the overall effectiveness of the restaurant, the manager also steps in to fulfill other managerial and supervisory duties as necessary, including performing as the Operations Leader (Ops Leader).
Key responsibilities encompass training and reinforcing food safety procedures among crew members, ensuring the restaurant is optimally prepared for opening and closing through walk-thru inspections, and maintaining clear and frequent communication with crew members and team trainers. This communication is facilitated through team huddles, manager meetings, and other collaborative methods aimed at maximizing team retention and effectiveness. The manager is expected to supervise, coordinate, and delegate operational tasks diligently, ensuring strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or related setting
- food safety certification preferred
- strong leadership ability

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physically able to perform walk-thru inspections and stand for extended periods
