Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support the management team in running smooth, efficient shifts
- Learn and follow Wendy's standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service every guest, every time
- Work as part of a 5-Star team that supports each other and takes pride in doing things the right way
- Help train new team members by showing them how to Delight Every Customer
- Follow direction from Shift Managers and the General Manager and help make each shift better than the last
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and fun work environment
- Contribute to the restaurant's success by helping drive great service, great food, and great guest satisfaction
