Job Qualifications

16 years and older, if under 18 must provide proof of age and work permit as required
obtain a food handler's certificate according to state or local requirements
legally authorized to work in the United States
must have reliable transportation
maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene standards
ability to work flexible hours, arrive to work on time and be dependable
ability to contribute to the team and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
ability to communicate ideas, suggestions and concerns in a constructive and professional manner
ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
make timely decisions to meet guest and business needs appropriately

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service
perform duties of a dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taker
prepare ingredients and make menu items for orders
greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
ensure food safety, quality and sanitation, including receiving shipments and maintaining proper storage of ingredients and supplies
complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning
follow proper opening and closing procedures
maintain guest and employee safety
