We are currently seeking a dedicated Wellness Coordinator to join our team at the Coppell location. The Wellness Coordinator acts as the face of the establishment, greeting guests warmly, facilitating seamless appointment bookings, and guiding clients through their personalized wellness journeys with authenticity and care.

This position involves significant interaction with guests through direct contact and telephone communications, requiring excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a passionate interest in holistic wellness and experience or knowledge in wellness modalities, though spa experience is preferred but not mandatory. The coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring that all environments, including sauna and shower areas, meet rigorous hygiene standards. This ensures that every guest’s experience is not only relaxing but also safe and comfortable.

The Wellness Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting memberships by highlighting the value and benefits of the center’s services with sincerity and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will have some background in membership sales and familiarity with MindBody software, enabling them to manage appointments and client information with precision and attention to detail. Furthermore, this role supports operational excellence through tasks such as towel service and suite turnover, including the cleaning and sanitization of spaces after guest sessions.

The position requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends, reflecting the varied schedule of wellness appointments. While CPR certification is preferred, an openness to obtaining certification is acceptable, emphasizing the center’s commitment to guest safety and readiness for emergencies.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with MindBody software preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in membership sales preferred
  • CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
