Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (spa, wellness center, hospitality, or fitness industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Guide guests through their therapy sessions and answer any questions about the services offered
  • Assist members with scheduling, rescheduling, and managing their appointments
  • Provide product recommendations and detailed explanations of therapies to enhance guest experiences
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries, ensuring every guest feels valued and informed
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Coordinate with the Wellness Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with inventory management, such as retail products and supplies for therapies
  • Address guest concerns or issues promptly, escalating to the manager when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Stay knowledgeable about all therapies offered, including their benefits and usage guidelines
  • Share insights on how therapies can support guest wellness goals
  • Promote the mission of Scape Relaxation to guests and the local community
