Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment
- ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- strong interpersonal skills
- capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- adherence to dress code policy
- willingness to perform assigned duties as needed

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- communicate clearly and concisely by adapting your style to suit customers by problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflict
- use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, ability to meet needs and be there for all customers, including operational checklist tasks
- provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to store achievement of Five-Star Customer Service
- proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- communicate how alterations can enhance dresses in partnership with Alterations
- promote alteration services and personalization options
- maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
- maintain a high standard of dress to meet Dress Code policy
- respond promptly to all customer questions with product and service information
- build and maintain long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty
- engage in inventory management procedures such as processing orders and ensuring first quality standards
- support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions with accuracy
- assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- perform other duties as assigned
