Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer and electronic devices
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of dress
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
  • Problem solving and resolving conflict
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs and being there for all customers
  • Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate the importance of alterations and promote alteration and personalization services
  • Maintain store standards and adhere to dress code policy
  • Respond promptly to customer questions providing product and service information
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Engage in inventory management including processing orders, receiving and quality assurance
  • Support cash wrap processes and accurately process transactions
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
