Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer and electronic devices
- Ability to maintain a high standard of dress
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
- Problem solving and resolving conflict
- Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs and being there for all customers
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate the importance of alterations and promote alteration and personalization services
- Maintain store standards and adhere to dress code policy
- Respond promptly to customer questions providing product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Engage in inventory management including processing orders, receiving and quality assurance
- Support cash wrap processes and accurately process transactions
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
