Job Requirements

  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work day shift
  • must be punctual and reliable
  • basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Check in guests
  • qualify guest
  • NQ guest
  • assign tour times
  • modify tour times
  • reschedule mini-vacation packages
  • cancel mini-packages
  • create mini-vacation packages
  • reconcile tickets and bank inventory daily
  • perform confirmation calls for all pre-arrivals
  • verify late arrivals checked in their assigned hotel and confirm assigned tour date and time
  • answer phones professionally within 3 rings
  • perform other assignments as requested by management
