Job Requirements
- Must have a pickup truck
- Availability from 7 PM to 12 AM, Sunday through Thursday
- No prior experience required
- Willingness to learn and participate in paid training
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must have a smartphone for company app usage
- Reliable and self-motivated

- Ability to work independently during evening hours

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Step in to handle nightly trash pickups at apartment properties when team members cannot fulfill their shifts
- Perform property walk-throughs to address any service issues
- Conduct courtesy check-ins with onsite team members
- Maintain the highest standards of valet doorstep trash collection
- Ensure consistent service delivery within assigned territory
- Utilize company app for timekeeping and collection tracking
- Uphold commitment to service excellence and quality control
