Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- must have the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum 8th grade proficiency
- must have a positive and energetic attitude
- must be physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assist persons after a fall
- must be criminally cleared

Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room, mingle with residents, and foster community connections
- prepare tables, roll silverware, and assist with meal service preparation
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- observe residents' eating habits and communicate concerns to supervisors and wellness team
- assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- assist persons after a fall
