Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen years of age
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
  • Must be criminally cleared

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least sixteen years of age
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth-grade proficiency
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Experience working in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area
  • Engage with residents by mingling, entertaining, and fostering connections
  • Prepare tables for service including setting up salads and rolling silverware
  • Buss tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and support after falls
  • Ensure dining environment is tidy and ready for meal service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience
