Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Availability to work in person
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead server role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards
- Ability to upsell and engage guests effectively
- Familiarity with reservation management

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team to ensure high standards of service are maintained
- Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently coordinate service during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
- Manage reservations and assist with guest inquiries regarding menu items or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of culinary trends and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations
