Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Availability to work in person
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team to ensure high standards of service are maintained
  • Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards
  • Utilize time management skills to efficiently coordinate service during peak hours
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
  • Manage reservations and assist with guest inquiries regarding menu items or special requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of culinary trends and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations
