We are currently seeking a dedicated and warm Receptionist to join our team for a weekend position. This vital role establishes the first impression for residents, visitors, family members, vendors, and staff by providing a welcoming atmosphere and top-tier customer service. As a Receptionist at Civitas Senior Living, you become the frontline ambassador who ensures smooth communication processes through answering and transferring calls, taking messages, and distributing mail efficiently. Beyond handling communication, you play a supportive role in administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, and file maintenance, contributing to organizational effectiveness. Your role also includes maintaining the front desk and lobby areas, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness and comfort to everyone who enters the community.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with seniors, possess excellent communication skills, and approach their responsibilities with empathy and professionalism. Prior experience in senior living or healthcare is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Job Requirements

  • Prior work in senior living or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory
  • exceptional ability to communicate with a diverse audience
  • compassion and genuine interest in working with the elderly
  • willingness to work weekend shifts
  • residency within the state that the community operates in is required
  • successful completion of screening process as required by state regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
