The current opportunity is for a Salon Coordinator at one of the independently owned and operated franchise locations. This role is essential to delivering the unmatched service that Sharkey's is known for. The Salon Coordinator is the first point of contact for all guests and is responsible for creating an upbeat, friendly atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service.
This position offers a flexible schedule, including weekend hours—Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM—and a competitive hourly pay ranging from $12.00 to $15.00. Additionally, the salon is closed on major holidays, enabling a healthy balance between work and personal life. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or salon environment preferred
- Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a busy and dynamic setting
- Must be highly motivated and energetic
