The position requires availability to work on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., reflecting the dealership’s dedication to serving customers throughout the week with convenience and accessibility.
As a Receptionist at Jackson VW, you will be the friendly face and voice that welcomes customers to the showroom. Your key responsibilities will include greeting showroom customers, determining the nature of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate department or salesperson. You will be the initial point of contact, ensuring that visitors feel valued and attended to promptly. The role also involves handling incoming phone calls professionally, routing callers appropriately, or taking detailed messages when necessary. Your ability to communicate clearly and courteously will be essential in maintaining the high standards of customer service that Jackson VW is known for.
This role also involves performing various clerical duties to support the dealership staff, such as assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a professional appearance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital to ensure that all interactions and communications are managed effectively. Job Duties
- Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit

- communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- assists with clerical duties as requested
