Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must reside within 30 minutes of the Miami Beach area
Ability to work weekends Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3pm
Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols

Job Qualifications

Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to work weekends early mornings
Attention to detail
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures is a plus

Job Duties

Cleaning dusting and vacuuming of offices and common areas as directed
Mopping and sanitizing of restrooms and replenishing supplies
Collection and proper disposal of trash and recyclables
Maintaining cleanliness of exterior grounds and walkways
General cleaning and upkeep of social rooms pool area and other community spaces
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
Ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored properly
