Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual preferred, not required)
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Must pass a criminal background and driving record check
  • Must be dependable, responsible, and customer-focused
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and run for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift or push up to 25 lbs
  • Work involves frequent bending, entering/exiting vehicles, and working in various weather conditions
  • Must be alert and maintain focus throughout shifts ranging from 4-8 hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Explain parking procedures and offer assistance with luggage and directions
  • Safely operate and park guest vehicles, following all safety protocols
  • Maintain clear communication with guests and team members
  • Report any damage claims or incidents promptly and accurately
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
