The Resident Concierge role at Bozzuto is a unique and vital position responsible for creating stellar first impressions and fostering positive, ongoing relationships with residents and prospects. Working primarily as the Weekend Overnight Concierge, this role is scheduled every Friday and Saturday from 11 PM to 7 AM. The Resident Concierge is more than just a front desk contact; they are the welcoming face that helps residents feel truly at home. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mentality are essential to succeed in this position. This role involves problem-solving, providing timely assistance, and personalizing interactions, including knowing residents by name and understanding their preferences—even for their pets.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Resident Concierge plays a key role in community engagement by planning and executing meaningful events and activities that foster a strong sense of community among residents. Building brand loyalty through consistently positive resident experiences and careful maintenance of the community is a priority. The role also includes managing social media outreach to generate awareness and excitement, encouraging residents to share positive reviews, and maintaining meticulous organization of front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and other administrative areas. The position offers competitive compensation at $21.63 per hour with eligibility for additional bonus opportunities.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Proficiency in using various software, apps and computer programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs
- Customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Schedule of every Friday and Saturday from 11pm-7am
- Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care
- Event planning - executing meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community
- Building brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community
- Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media
- Encouraging happy customers to share the love by writing reviews on social networking sites
- Obsessively organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators
- Working weekends or evenings depending on the shift
