The roles available are diverse, reflecting the multifaceted nature of running professional motorsport events. We seek dedicated people for multiple positions including Event Managers, Customer Experience Leads, Mechanics with various skill levels, Race Directors/Clerks, Marshals, Dummy Grid Marshalls, Timekeepers, Driver Coaches, Pit Lane Coordinators, and Kart Technicians. These positions primarily involve weekend work from Friday to Sunday, with potential travel across different karting circuits in California. Each role is integral to delivering smooth, safe, and exciting race days that meet the highest standards of motorsport competition and customer engagement.

As an Event Manager, candidates will leverage previous experience in organizing motorsport or similar events to ensure seamless event operations. Customer Experience Leads require a blend of high energy and empathy to manage fan interactions and handle pressurized situations calmly and efficiently.
