- Have a genuine desire to work with seniors
- Ability to work 4-hour to 12-hour shifts in the Glendale area
- Optional overtime often available
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass drug screening test
- Negative TB test
- Reliable car

Job Duties
- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
- Help seniors go shopping at their local Glendale market
- Go to lunch or grab an ice cream with your client
- Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity
- Manage incontinence care to avoid embarrassment
- Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home
- Prepare meals to maintain vitality
- Provide medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions
- Ensure memory care safety to keep seniors out of danger
- Assist with physical therapy exercises
- Observe and report changes in clients' conditions
- Provide attentive support as part of hospice care
