Job Requirements

two years of high school education required
no prior cleaning experience required
ability to follow verbal and written instructions
ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift
capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
ability to work independently without direct supervision
willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
positive and proactive attitude
dedication to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

minimum of two years of high school education
ability to perform physical work such as walking, standing, pushing, reaching, stretching, and lifting 25-35 pounds intermittently
knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service
ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions
strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

maintain an environment clean and positive for guests and team members
ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
perform various housekeeping services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
